On 16 August 2025, TAG Immobilien AG, through its 100% Polish subsidiary Vantage Development S.A., signed an agreement to acquire approximately 5,300 rental apartments from R4R Poland sp. z o.o. z o.o. The Polish antitrust authority today gave unconditional approval for this transaction. The closing of the transaction is expected within the next two weeks or so on the basis of the approval that has now been obtained.
