The auditing and consulting firm Deloitte will move into the new Ostforum construction project on Prager Straße in Leipzig at the beginning of 2027. The company has rented an area of around 8,000 m² there. Deloitte is thus merging its two locations in Leipzig at Dittrichring and Seemannstraße with a total of around 500 employees. The landlord of the Ostforum is the Adler Group. JLL exclusively advised the tenant on the lease. In addition, JLL provided support in the area of project management and tenant fit-out with structural advice.
The Ostforum is a modern and urban quarter consisting of three building complexes with a total of 15,300 m² of lettable space for office, retail and gastronomy as well as 49 residential units. Currently, approx. 4,000 m² of office space is still available for rent. With the design of the outdoor area, the project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. In October of this year, Aldi Süd will occupy an area of around 1,600 m², which JLL had also brokered.
