Montibus Asset Management and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management ("Oaktree") have leased around 7,600 square meters of office space in the "Track Central Line" to Drees & Sommer SE. With the closing, the office complex gains another leading company as a tenant and continues the strong leasing momentum at the location. The Track Central Line is a complex of nine modern office buildings in the Heidestraße district in Berlin's Europacity near Berlin's main train station and offers both single- and multi-tenant solutions. Drees & Sommer will move into one of the nine buildings as a single tenant.
