JLL has been mandated by Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company, as a global real estate services provider. The contract includes integrated leasing management services and strategic advisory services for Nestlé's entire real estate portfolio, which includes office, industrial and retail properties in 130 countries.
Building on the existing leasing services that JLL already provides to Nestlé, the mandate combines the JLL Work Dynamics and Leasing Advisory product range into an integrated account structure to deliver seamless, flexible customer service across geographies and business units. JLL will provide additional real estate services through its Valuation and Risk Advisory, Portfolio Services and JLL Technologies technology division.
"This order underlines the growing importance of integrated, data-based real estate solutions. Future-oriented companies no longer see real estate as a fixed cost, but as a dynamic value factor for their business," says Martina Williams, Head of JLL Work Dynamics Northern Europe.
JLL's technology platform with AI-powered analytics and data visualization tools will provide Nestlé with advanced insights to support decision-making across the global real estate portfolio. The tools enable executives to work more efficiently with corporate real estate and facility management data. They also combine public and non-public market intelligence to identify investment opportunities and make more informed capital decisions.
"Customers expect tangible value from their properties, whether through cost optimization, increased flexibility or supply chain resilience," says Andy Poppink, CEO Leasing Advisory, EMEA and APAC. "We are excited to expand our relationship with Nestlé and leverage our deep market expertise, global platform and powerful analytics tools to help them achieve their goals across their diverse global portfolio."
