MVGM was commissioned with the technical advisory of a nationwide commercial portfolio. The portfolio comprises eleven properties with a total lettable area of around 100,000 m². In addition to maintenance and coordination of operator obligations, the technical tasks also include capex management and sales support. The properties are spread across the metropolitan regions of Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Berlin as well as other locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Saxony-Anhalt.
"With the new mandate, we are taking over the management of a technically demanding portfolio that is very diverse in terms of types of use. At the same time, we are further developing our range of services in a targeted manner and expanding a business area with technical advisory that closely ties in with our existing property management expertise," says Dirk Tönges, Managing Director of MVGM Germany.
