The architects Robert Patzschke (Patzschke Architekten, Berlin) and Jonas Renström (MADE+, Stockholm) have started a cooperation for the implementation of classical-traditional architecture in Sweden. The aim of the cooperation is to establish a sustainable structure for high-quality projects in a phase in which the real estate industry in particular is regaining momentum.
"After a period of restraint, many projects are getting moving again – now is the right moment," says Renström. Patzschke adds: "In Sweden, there is a clear shift in thinking towards human-oriented, small-scale and diverse architecture. We want to play an active role in shaping this development."
The cooperation is a response to the growing demand for timeless building culture and urban planning quality. Patzschke Architekten brings more than five decades of experience in the design and implementation of classical-traditional architecture. MADE+ takes over the interface to the Swedish market and local project implementation. Jonas Renström accompanies the projects on site, coordinates the processes with local partners and ensures integration into the Swedish planning and development framework.
The partnership combines international architectural expertise with local market understanding, thus creating the basis for long-term projects in the sense of sustainable building culture.
