Peper & Söhne is building the new construction of the future Bremen site in the Bayernstraße industrial park in Bremen for SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH . The earthworks are scheduled to begin in January. On a plot of land of approx. 9,080 m² arise approx. 4,192 m² hall space as well as flexible office and social spaces for the internationally active system supplier for technical solutions made of elastomers and thermoplastics, in Bremen especially for hose line technology and valve technology. SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH is scheduled to move in in October 2026. The lease runs for 15 years. The new building in Rosenheimer Straße will replace the current Bremen location in Ingolstädter Straße. The total contractor is GOLDBECK Nord GmbH. The real estate consulting firm Robert C. Spies acted as an intermediary and advisor. With the new building, Peper & Söhne is aiming for at least the DGNB Gold Certificate.
"With this light industrial property, we are creating a tailor-made, future-oriented building for SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik – flexible in use and consistently designed for efficiency and sustainability. The reliable cooperation of all those involved got this project off the ground in a short time," says Christoph Peper, Managing Partner of Peper & Söhne.
"After an intensive search, we have now found the right solution: We will merge our two locations in Bremen into a new, joint building. In this way, we are not only creating greater efficiency and short distances, but at the same time sending a strong signal for the future viability of Bremen as a business location. My special thanks go to the excellent cooperation with the company Peper & Söhne and Malte Seemann from Robert C. Spies, who made the decisive connection. At the new location, a modern hose line production facility will be created, which will sustainably underpin our claim to quality and innovation," says Lars Blatt, CSO at SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH.
"We are pleased to have been able to support SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik in the search for a location and the realisation of the new building. The cooperation was characterized by a very cooperative and trusting cooperation. The new building in the Bayernstraße industrial park will create a modern, sustainable location that is optimally tailored to the requirements of SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik and offers long-term development opportunities," says Malte Seemann, logistics real estate consultant at Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate.
The new building in the Bayernstraße industrial park will be built in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard and complies with the EU taxonomy. The sustainability concept includes an air-to-water heat pump with natural refrigerant, a smart meter infrastructure for consumption recording, an electric charging infrastructure and a photovoltaic system. The ESG concept is fully adapted to the needs of the tenant.
The location is well connected via the B6 and A27.
