Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has advised on the leasing of around 10,000 m² of logistics space at Kirchweg 11 in Bassum. The new tenant of the space is small foot GmbH & Co. KG, which specialises in the development and sale of wooden toys. The family business has been firmly rooted in northern Germany for over 30 years. The landlord is the logistics service provider L.I.T. Lager & Logistik, which built the property in 2024.
The aim of small foot's relocation is to merge the existing locations in Delmenhorst into a modern logistics area in order to optimize internal processes. The lease began as early as February 2026. A long-term lease has been concluded.
"With the new location in Bassum, we have found a solution that fits very well with our logistical requirements. The bundling of our previously separate warehouse locations forms the basis for us to make processes more efficient and to make our logistics fit for the future. With Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG, we had a very professional partner at our side throughout the entire process. We would like to thank all those involved for the cooperative and trusting cooperation," says Pascal Adam, Managing Director of small foot.
"With small foot, we are gaining a long-term, partnership-based tenant for our new logistics property. We are absolutely convinced that this strategic partnership will create synergies for both companies," says Thimo Schulz, Managing Director of the L.I.T. Group.
"We are pleased to have supported small foot in the realization of this important site project and thus to be able to make a further contribution to the optimization of the logistics processes of a successful medium-sized company," says Rico Sygo-Knigge, Senior Consultant for Logistics and Industrial Real Estate at Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate.
