IMAXXAM expands portfolio with the acquisition of the “Cityflow” office property in Munich-Schwabing

The completely renovated property in Ungererstraße has around 8,215 square metres of rental space spread over six floors and 101 underground parking spaces. The seller of the property is a closed-end mutual fund of Real I.S. The transaction was structured as an asset deal.

Greystar and Ten Brinke are building 444 apartments in Berlin-Marzahn

Greystar and Ten Brinke are jointly developing a new residential project in Berlin-Marzahn: A total of 444 rental apartments as well as additional retail space are planned on a plot of around 8,000 square meters at Jan-Petersen-Straße 14/18 by the end of 2028. Greystar has acquired the property together with CRX Real Estate from the investment company Periskop. Ten Brinke is responsible for project development and construction as general contractor.
