In Düsseldorf's city centre, the dermatological private practice Dr. Hilton & Partner is renting around 2,900m² in the KÖ Galerie. Occupancy is planned for the end of 2026. The KÖ-KLINIK will also remain at the location in the long term and extend the existing lease for 1,000 m².
