Rohrer Immobilien: New energy strategy boosts rental income by 16 per cent / Marketing mandate for 130 flats

Following Expo Real, Rohrer Immobilien has been awarded the contract to market a residential complex comprising 130 flats. According to the project developer, the largely energy-self-sufficient building concept designed by Timo Leukefeld and a flat-rate rent model enable basic rents to be around 16 per cent higher and a net initial yield of approximately 4 per cent.

Light:Guard successfully tests on-demand night marking (ADL) in Denmark

Light:Guard has successfully tested an ADLS pilot project at the Danish wind farm Sønder Bork over a period of six months. The system reliably detected flying objects and would have enabled 97.4% light-off time with 98.7% availability. Implementation is awaiting the final law.
