Union Investment has let the first and second floors of Frankfurt’s Aqua Tower to SPARK. The company develops and operates high-quality, technology-focused event, meeting and hospitality spaces for businesses. SPARK moved into the approximately 2,000 m² of office space at the beginning of October. The lease is for twelve years. This means that the Aqua Tower is now 99 per cent let.

“The office tower is now almost fully let, which shows that modern and flexible spaces in prime locations continue to attract tenants even in these challenging times,” said Sven Lintl, Head of Asset Management Germany at Union Investment.

The Aqua Tower is situated in Frankfurt city centre, right in the heart of the financial district, and is one of four high-rise buildings in the innovative FOUR Frankfurt district. Union Investment acquired the office tower, which offers a lettable area of around 24,000 m² across 25 storeys, in 2018 as a project development for the portfolio of the UniImmo: Deutschland open-ended public property fund, and took over the completed building from the project developer Groß & Partner on 1 November 2023.
