Univers Holding buys and develops brownfield in Bonn-Auerberg

JLL brokers transaction of the approximately 50,000 m² site

Univers Holding GmbH has acquired a plot of land of around 50,000 m² in the Auerberg district of Bonn. The seller is a company that has produced on the site and no longer needs production after consolidation. Univers Holding wants to demolish the buildings and redevelop the brownfield. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. JLL brokered the transaction for the buyer.
