Aroundtown is further expanding its long-term collaboration with anchor tenant Kaufland, a well-known retailer at the property located at Calbesche Straße 31 in 39218 Schönebeck (Elbe). The space used by Kaufland comprises nearly 6,400 sqm.
The extension of the anchor tenant’s lease goes hand in hand with the revitalization of the property. Plans include, among other measures, the installation of a photovoltaic system and electric vehicle charging stations. This will position the site for the future, both ecologically and economically.
