The Stuttgart-based Variond Group acquired an apartment building with 30 units in Taucha near Leipzig. The property, which was built in 1930, has a lettable area of around 1,800 m². BNP Paribas Real Estate and Falkenhain Invest GmbH acted as intermediaries in the transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed.
