This strategic partnership combines MSCI’s unique global database with Wüest Dimensions, the leading property management platform. This enables assets, portfolios and funds to be planned, analysed and optimised even more effectively – consistently data-driven and AI-supported.
Wüest Partner and MSCI are expanding their partnership, which was previously limited to Switzerland, to a global level. Property owners, lenders, estate agents and valuers will thus benefit from the best of both worlds: global transaction and benchmark data from MSCI, integrated into Wüest Partner’s leading property management platform for users in the EMEA region.
Thanks to full integration, assessments, planning, analyses and optimisations are not only made easier, but – thanks to the improved data foundation and the AI and automation capabilities of Wüest Dimensions – are also carried out more effectively and quickly.
Following the partnership that has now been agreed, the integration of MSCI data into Wüest Dimensions is set to begin. The data will be rolled out to the platform in stages over the coming months. Wüest Partner and MSCI will provide detailed information on the specific applications.
In an increasingly complex market environment, the quality and breadth of the data set are becoming a decisive competitive advantage. Vacancy rates, transactions, investment volumes, rental trends and market cycles vary by region, property type and location. It is therefore becoming increasingly important for investors, owners, asset managers and lenders not only to monitor developments, but also to contextualise them within an international framework and use this to inform sound decisions.
Through its partnership with MSCI, Wüest Partner is expanding its already extensive database to include additional international market data and comparison tools. These include, amongst other things, transaction data from RCA, investment benchmarks and information, as well as further market-related insights. For the Wüest Dimensions Community, this means significantly more informed analyses, planning and investment decisions.
“In the age of AI, it is not simply the use of a technology that determines the quality of decisions. What matters is the data on which these technologies are based,” says Dr Alain Chaney, Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Wüest Partner. “Our clients value the unique combination of market data, ratings, models, AI algorithms and property expertise that we make available to them via the Wüest Dimensions property management platform. Thanks to our partnership with MSCI, we are now taking this to a global level.”
For clients with international portfolios, this creates better opportunities to compare markets, transactions and investment decisions across national borders, and to plan and holistically optimise global assets and portfolios even more effectively. The combination of global market data with Wüest Partners’ property expertise and digital applications provides a more robust basis for valuation, analysis and strategic decision-making.
“Our partnership with Wüest Partner combines MSCI’s global market data with comprehensive property expertise and practical applications within the investment process,” says Shaleen Khatod, Global Head of Real Assets at MSCI. “Together, we can help clients navigate complex market information more effectively and make more informed decisions.”
The collaboration is also intended to create new opportunities for jointly engaging with clients and markets. The respective networks and strengths of Wüest Partner and MSCI will be utilised to support clients in accessing international market data, digital analytical tools and integrated solutions.
The Wüest Partner Expo Real side event, ‘What Moves the Market?’, taking place on 5 October 2026 in Munich, will demonstrate how global market data, benchmarks and digital solutions can work together. MSCI will share its perspective on its collaboration with Wüest Partner and provide direct insights into how data quality, comparability and international market information can improve investment decisions.
Under the title ‘AI, Data & Trust – How data quality, standards and AI shape investment decisions in property and infrastructure’, representatives from Wüest Partner, MSCI and other partners will discuss how data can be turned into sound investment decisions.
