On May 8, 2026, NAI apollo hosted the 18th Soccer Cup at the sports performance center of Eintracht Frankfurt am Riederwald. The traditional industry tournament once again brought together companies from the real estate and consulting industry and combined sporting competition with personal exchange and social commitment. As always, the patron of the event was Dragoslav Stepanovic – football and coaching legend of Eintracht Frankfurt as well as long-time patron of the event. His presence gave the tournament a special touch again this year.
A total of 24 companies took part in the tournament and provided exciting games, fair play and a lively tournament atmosphere on and off the court in spring-like sunshine. The Soccer Cup has thus established itself as a permanent fixture in the industry calendar for almost 20 years.
Final & Tournament Winner
After a thrilling group stage and some high-class matches in the knockout round, Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH and GONDER Facility Services GmbH faced each other in the final. In a hard-fought game, Realogis deservedly prevailed and thus secured the coveted trophy. Congratulations!
“It fills us with great joy and pride that we were able to host the 18th NAI apollo Soccer Cup this year. For years, this tournament has stood for much more than sporting competition – it stands for cohesion, fair play and social responsibility. This year, we are particularly pleased to be able to support the action committee CHILD IN HOSPITAL – AKIK Frankfurt / Rhein-Main e.V., which has been volunteering for children and young people in hospitals for decades. The fact that we were not only able to experience great football together with so many committed companies, but also make a significant contribution to this club, makes this day something very special every year.”
– Marcel Crommen, Managing Partner, NAI apollo
The bar cup – the unofficial, but no less coveted award of the evening – went to Colliers this year. For impressive endurance, unwavering steadfastness on the glass and performances that can only really be perfected off the pitch. An award that will remain in the industry’s memory – at least until next year.
Social commitment: Donation for AKIK e.V.
At the 18th NAI apollo Soccer Cup, the social idea was also the focus. The action committee CHILD IN HOSPITAL – AKIK Frankfurt / Rhein-Main e. V. was supported. Since 1982, the non-profit association has been volunteering for the well-being of children and young people in hospitals as well as in nursing and care facilities in the Rhine-Main area. The volunteer members accompany young patients during their stay, give time, attention and distraction and at the same time relieve their families.
Thanks to the committed participation and support of all those involved, a total donation of 9,200 euros was raised, which will benefit the AKIK e.V. association.
“We are very grateful to the NAI apollo Soccer Cup and all the companies involved for their great support. Every euro donated benefits the children and young people, who often experience their hospital stay as stressful and lonely. Our volunteer AKIK supervisors provide support in a variety of ways. Thanks to the commitment of NAI apollo and its partners, we can further expand our voluntary work and support even more young patients in the Rhine-Main region. It’s wonderful to see how sport brings people together – and at the same time makes a meaningful difference.”
– Karin Schmidt , AKIK Frankfurt / Rhein-Main e.V.
