Three more tenants have been found for the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf. With the new contracts, more than half of all space in the tower has been successfully let. In addition, partners for the bistro operation and the fitness studio could be retained.
After completed renovation and extensive repositioning, the modern and sustainable working environments in the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf are convincing. With the gastronomic consulting and planning office K&P Consulting und Planung, the office furniture manufacturer Nowy Styl and Alterric Deutschland as a Europe-wide developer and operator of wind farms, three further tenants have been won over to enrich the entire DUO Campus in the Grafenberg district.

DUO Tower: More than half of all space leased
After the first third was reached at the end of 2024, more than half of all space has now been rented around 1.5 years after the start of the renovation. The current occupancy rate is around 55 percent. The first new tenants, such as Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH and Nowy Styl, have already moved in and are convinced of the quality of the building.
The open and light-flooded office space is complemented by community areas for exchange and networking. A special highlight for all tenants is the day bistro with seating on two levels and an outdoor terrace, which will be operated by Boowly from the beginning of 2026. Guests can expect a varied selection of healthy dishes – from savoury and sweet bowls to bagels to fresh juices and coffee specialities. In addition, building users can take advantage of catering directly in their office space. The in-house fitness area, which is accessible to all tenants, is also expected to open this year. HiddenGyms will operate the spaces and at the same time act as a central point of contact for further wellbeing offers in the workplace. In addition, the shared areas in DUO Tower will be supplemented by a roof terrace in the future. Implementation is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
