Aroundtown has secured two significant new leases at the Henschelplatz 1 site in Kassel. Two DAX-listed companies, including Rheinmetall have signed long-term rental agreements to extend their footprint in this location.
Rheinmetall is renting an additional 1,700 sqm of office space, while another DAX-listed company is expanding its presence at Henschelplatz by around 1,900 sqm of storage space.
