Deutsche Bürohaus leases around 1,600 sqm of office space in ArcusPark in Leipzig

Deutsche Bürohaus GmbH, a subsidiary of the DVI Group, has leased around 1,600 square metres of office space in the ArcusPark office complex in Leipzig to caplog-x GmbH, a leading IT service provider in the energy sector. The lease has a term of ten years. With the new lease, around 96 percent of the space in ArcusPark has been let.

Around 60 employees of caplog-x GmbH will work at the new location in ArcusPark. The company is moving from its previous location in Braunstraße in Leipzig Nordost to more modern and larger office space. In the coming months, Deutsche Bürohaus will expand the newly let space in line with the tenant’s requirements. The handover is scheduled for January 2026.

ArcusPark, built in 1996, is an established office complex in the Leipzig-Nordost industrial park. It comprises two modern office buildings with a total of around 25,000 square metres of office space as well as storage areas of around 2,000 square metres and around 600 parking spaces. Tenants will also have twelve e-charging stations at their disposal. A cafeteria open daily offers breakfast, lunch and snack options, as well as catering and conference services. A concierge and security service is available for tenants around the clock.

The location is popular with companies above all because of the comprehensive services for tenants and the good transport connections. Therefore, the demand for the currently still available space of around 1,000 square meters is also high and we are already holding concrete talks with prospective tenants.”

The employees of caplog-x are already looking forward to the imminent move into the modern working environment with great anticipation.”

With a total of 117 hectares and currently more than 100 companies, the Northeast Business Park has a multifaceted mix of services, industry and commerce. The nearby A14 motorway provides quick access to the centre of Leipzig and the surrounding area, and the “ArcusPark” tram stop also provides a direct public transport connection to the city centre.
