Newmark, one of the world’s leading consultants for commercial real estate, has successfully supported two leases in the Kaufmannshaus at Bleichenbrücke 10 in Hamburg: CPO Holding mbH is extending its existing lease for around 3,800 square metres on a long-term basis. In addition, the technology company Snapchat has decided to run for another term in the property. The owner, Fianai KMH Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, was exclusively advised by Newmark on both contracts.
The striking office building in the immediate vicinity of the Alster has been one of the established premium addresses in Hamburg’s city centre for years. With its central location, state-of-the-art building technology and flexible space concepts, the Kaufmannshaus offers optimal conditions for discerning users. The current contracts confirm the sustainable positioning of the property as a sought-after address for national and international companies in the Hanseatic city.
