Statement by Co-CEO Florian Martin on EXPO REAL 2025

We all know the EXPO rhymes of the past years, this time it fits best: “In ’27 there is heaven”. In other words, optimism in the real estate industry is increasing and, especially as far as the German market is concerned, we are hoping for the new federal government, smart measures and the infrastructure package. However, investor capital is still scarce. We will have to wait a little longer until there is noticeable progress in transactions.
