CELLS has won the Bauer training centre as a new tenant for approx. 780 square metres in the Taunus Tower in Eschborn. Founded in 1966, the company offers vocational training measures in the Rhine-Main region with a focus on logistics and commercial training.
Mit dem Einzug des Bildungszentrums Bauer, geplant für Anfang 2026, wird der vielfältige Mietermix des Taunus Tower weiter gestärkt. In the future, the company will use the new space for training and administrative purposes and will benefit from the building’s flexible space structure, bright rooms and good transport connections.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Bildungszentrum Bauer as a new tenant in our building,” says Dirk Ruppert, Chief Investment Officer of CELLS. “The lease underlines the attractiveness of the Taunus Tower as a modern and sustainable office location in the Frankfurt region.”
CELLS acquired the Taunus Tower, which was built in 1998, in 2016 for a family office from Kuwait. The 16-storey property at Mergenthalerallee 73-75 in Eschborn’s southern industrial area offers panoramic views of both the Frankfurt skyline and the Taunus mountains. The tenants of the property currently include “Deutsche Börse”, “DB Energie”, “Panasonic”, “Rödl & Partner” and “Württembergische Versicherung”.
