bulwiengesa’s Development Monitor is further expanding its network of experts: With the commercial law firm GSK Stockmann , Germany’s most comprehensive analysis platform for the project development market has gained another official cooperation partner. Together with the BFW Federal Association of Independent Real Estate and Housing Companies and Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB), the Development Monitor will in future not only provide well-founded market data but also increasingly classify the effects of current political and regulatory developments on the real estate industry.
The Development Monitor continuously analyzes the development of the German project development market and provides reliable data on project volumes, construction starts, project delays and regional market trends. With GSK Stockmann, the platform is expanding its professional perspective to include real estate law and regulatory expertise.
