Development Monitor continues to grow: GSK Stockmann strengthens partner network

bulwiengesa’s Development Monitor is further expanding its network of experts: With the commercial law firm GSK Stockmann , Germany’s most comprehensive analysis platform for the project development market has gained another official cooperation partner. Together with the BFW Federal Association of Independent Real Estate and Housing Companies and Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB), the Development Monitor will in future not only provide well-founded market data but also increasingly classify the effects of current political and regulatory developments on the real estate industry.

The Development Monitor continuously analyzes the development of the German project development market and provides reliable data on project volumes, construction starts, project delays and regional market trends. With GSK Stockmann, the platform is expanding its professional perspective to include real estate law and regulatory expertise.

“With GSK Stockmann, we are gaining a partner who can classify current political and legal developments in a well-founded manner. Together, we want to further increase market transparency and support the dialogue on the future of project development with reliable data and technical expertise,” says Felix Embacher MRICS, Managing Director at bulwiengesa.

“Today, more than ever, project development is an interplay of market, financing, regulation and approval practice. With our participation in the Development Monitor, we want to contribute not only to classifying current developments from a legal point of view, but also to provide orientation for investors, developers and the public sector together with reliable market data,” adds Prof. Dr. Jan Kehrberg, Partner and Head of Real Estate Project Development at GSK Stockmann.
