Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH (Arminius) has achieved significant leasing successes in two properties it manages. In Neu-Isenburg, the internationally active biotechnology company Diasorin is moving into around 1,600 m² of office space, while in Eschborn, the long-standing tenant Zühlke has extended its long-term contract for an area of around 2,200 m².
Neu-Isenburg: Diasorin Deutschland GmbH rents office space in THE CURVE
Diasorin Deutschland GmbH is moving into 173 sub-areas on the ground floor and the entire first floor of the THE CURVE office property on Hugenottenallee. In total, the lettable area comprises 1,636 m². The lease has a term of ten years. The letting was done in collaboration with Knight Frank and Savills.
Diasorin is an international biotechnology company whose core business is in vitro diagnostics. With the new location in Neu-Isenburg, the company is strengthening its presence in the Rhine-Main region and creating the conditions for research, development and further growth.

Eschborn: Zühlke Engineering GmbH extends lease at the Eschborn campus until 2035
At the Eschborn campus at Düsseldorfer Straße 38, Arminius has also recorded a successful letting. Zühlke Engineering GmbH has extended its existing lease for a further ten years ahead of schedule and will continue to use 2,263 m² of modern office space from the ground floor to the third floor from 1 November.
Zühlke is a global technology consulting and engineering company. The long-term contract extension speaks for the quality of the Eschborn campus and the attractiveness of the location for innovative companies. The mediation was carried out by Blackolive.
