Arminius achieves full occupancy of Düsseldorfer Straße 38 in Eschborn – transformation from single-tenant to multi-tenant location completed

Arminius has fully let Düsseldorfer Straße 38 in Eschborn: From October 2026, a technology company will move into around 750 m². A long-term lease agreement for around 320 m² has been concluded with Parmi Europe GmbH for Düsseldorfer Straße 40a from the beginning of 2027.

Arminius reports two successful lettings in Eschborn: grandega is renting around 233 m² of office space at Düsseldorfer Straße 40a, starting in May. In addition, the existing tenant Malteser is expanding its space to a total of 660 m². Both leases run for ten years.
