Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH (Arminius) has reached an important milestone with the letting of the last available office space at Düsseldorfer Straße 38 in Eschborn: With the move of a technology company, the building is now fully let.
The new tenant will move into around 750 m² of office space from October 2026. Arminius has thus successfully completed the strategic repositioning of the building, which was formerly used as a single-tenant property, into a modern multi-tenant location.
At the same time, Arminius has signed a long-term lease for the neighboring building at Düsseldorfer Straße 40a. Parmi Europe GmbH, the European subsidiary of South Korea’s PARMI Co., Ltd., will move into around 320 m² of office space on the ground floor at the beginning of 2027. The company develops high-precision 3D inline inspection systems for the semiconductor and electronics industries.
“The successful full occupancy shows that a consistent asset management strategy pays off even in a challenging market environment,” says Jesko Fink, Managing Director of Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH. “Through targeted investments in the property, modern space concepts and a close focus on the needs of the users, we have successfully repositioned the office property and won attractive companies for the location in the process.”
