Logicor extends lease for 17,000 m² of warehouse and office space in Niederaula

Logicor has extended the lease agreement with Reinhard Frank Spedition und Transportunternehmen for around 17,000 m² of warehouse and office space at the Industriestraße 7 site in Niederaula (Hesse) on a long-term basis.

The property is a detached existing property on a plot of about 53,400 m². Reinhard Frank has been based there since 2015 and with the extension he is securing the long-term continuation of his customer relationships via this established logistics location. The regionally rooted transport company uses the property as a central building block for its logistics services.

Janica Gerecke, Managing Director, Head of Germany at Logicor, says: “The long-term extension with Reinhard Frank underlines the importance of stable and cooperative customer relationships. As a portfolio holder, we attach great importance to the continuous exchange with our tenants and take care to secure their locations in the long term. Niederaula impresses with its central location and excellent connections – characteristics that are crucial for transport-intensive uses.”

The property is located in a well-connected location and benefits from the immediate proximity to the Hattenbach motorway junction, where the A4 (east-west), A5 (north-south) and A7 (north-south) motorways intersect. This means that the location is optimally connected to all national transport axes and is particularly suitable for supra-regional logistics and transport concepts.
