The AIF Capital Group has successfully extended the existing financing of the multi-storey car park in Amberg for its Multi-storey Car Park II fund. The loan was extended for a further ten years in order to further increase the stability and planning security of the fund. The long-term loan extension underlines the sustained high quality of the fund vehicle and the continuity of its financing strategy.
The property on Marienstraße in Amberg, was built in 2019, comprises 860 parking spaces (84 of which are outdoor parking spaces) and is managed by Goldbeck Parking on a long-term basis. It is located in the city centre within walking distance of the St. Marien Clinic and is the largest multi-storey car park in the city of Amberg. A location that impresses with its high footfall and high popularity.
