JLL advises Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH as asset manager
The fashion label Only is opening a new branch in Erfurt’s main shopping street Am Anger. To this end, the retail concept has rented almost 650 m² of retail space in the building with the number 57. The areas are to be taken over in October of next year and opened in the near future. The shop will be used by Tommy Hilfiger until the beginning of next year, after which the building is to be expanded by an elevator, for which the building permit has already been applied for.
Only had recently closed its previous location at Am Anger 10. The owner of the approximately 4,700 m² commercial building at Am Anger 57, which is certified with BREEAM, is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. With the closing, the building is still fully let.
JLL advised Deka Immobilien as part of an asset management mandate and brokered the lease. BNP Paribas was active on the user side.
