Finance in Motion GmbH will be the new tenant in Tower185 in Frankfurt am Main. Deka Immobilien has signed a long-term lease agreement with the internationally oriented impact asset manager for around 2,750 sqm of office space. A decisive criterion for the new location of Finance in Motion GmbH was the consistent sustainability strategy of Tower185. The company plans to move into the space for around 100 employees from April 2027.
In addition to the new lease, Deka Immobilien has also succeeded in extending two contracts with existing tenants: Etengo AG secured approx. 400 sqm and extended the contract by five years. Vialto Partners will use around 715 sqm for another three years from mid-2026. Both companies were thus able to continue to be tied to Tower185 despite adjustments to their space requirements.
Tower185 at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35-37 was completed at the beginning of 2012 and has been owned by Deka Immobilien since 2018. The 200-metre-high and 50-storey property in a central location characterises the cityscape between the trade fair, the main railway station and the banking and European districts. The building is certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard Gold and the DGNB Gold seal of approval for sustainable construction.
