The fashion brand’s first shop in the Saxon metropolis will open in 2025

The fashion brand Only & Sons, which belongs to the bestseller group, is coming to Leipzig with its first shop. At Hainstraße 20-24, Only Stores Germany has rented an area of around 720 m², of which 476 m² is pure sales space. The shop was handed over at the beginning of November, and the opening is scheduled for this year. Previously, the area was used by the Leipzig textile concept Tayler. The landlord of the building is a holding company.

JLL brokered the conclusion of the contract on behalf of the tenant and the owner.
