BFW Ternes GmbH has leased around 1,100 square metres of office space in the ABC Tower in Cologne on a long-term basis. The company, which specialises in heat measurement technology, will move into the space from February 2026. The tenant-specific fit-out is currently being carried out in close cooperation between PROXIMUS and BFW Ternes.
With this closing, PROXIMUS is continuing its active leasing strategy for the ABC Tower. “The fact that a leading company like BFW Ternes has chosen the ABC Tower underlines the high quality of the location and our asset management team. The letting shows that high-quality office space remains in demand even in a challenging market environment,” explains Birgit Riethmüller, Managing Partner of PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT.
The ABC Tower is located in Cologne’s Airport Business Park in Porz-Gremberghoven and offers around 24,000 square metres of gross floor area and 450 parking spaces in its own multi-storey car park. The location is characterized by its convenient location with direct access to the motorway, proximity to Cologne/Bonn Airport and good public transport connections.
