The Westbridge Group (Westbridge) and EKB GmbH (EKB) are joining forces to support the housing industry even more comprehensively and efficiently in energy and supply management in the future. EKB is an established energy service provider with a focus on energy-efficient supply concepts, contracting solutions and the operational optimisation of residential and commercial properties. The focus is on bringing together specialist know-how in the residential segment and the consistent further development of high-performance, data-based energy solutions for the housing industry. EKB will continue to operate with its existing team at the Heilbronn and Aalen sites under the leadership of founder and managing director Tayfun Atesli.

The acquisition of EKB is another milestone in Westbridge’s strategic direction.
