Startup accelerator ATechX, Aroundtown’s innovation and venture platform, is expanding its network with LEG Immobilien as another strong partner. Other partners of ATechX include Vonovia, Round Hill Capital, Fifth Wall and noa. Together, the companies want to further advance the sustainable and digital transformation of the real estate industry – in a practical, scalable way and with measurable impact. By expanding its partner network, ATechX now offers startups the opportunity to test their solutions on a total portfolio size of around €130 billion.

In addition to access to a strong network of leading industry companies, the four-month accelerator programme offers founders real-world testing environments within the European portfolio of Aroundtown and its partners. The third cohort, which has already started, benefits directly from the new partnership with LEG and can now test its solutions in the LEG portfolio for the first time.
