HIH Invest Real Estate (HIH Invest) has gained two new tenants for the Georgsplatz office and commercial building in Hamburg’s city centre. Unzer Group GmbH, a payment service provider for online and brick-and-mortar retail, is renting an office unit on the first floor with 1,095 square metres, plus 54 square metres of storage space. This unit is currently being individually expanded and will be occupied in spring 2026. A smaller unit with 103 square metres on the eighth floor and a roof terrace of 61 square metres has already been handed over ready for occupancy. The tenant of this space is the IT company EOP GmbH.
This means that the building with a total of around 7,000 square metres of rental space is fully let. The office and commercial building was built in 1984. In the immediate vicinity are Hamburg Central Station, the shopping streets Spitalerstraße and Mönckebergstraße as well as the Inner Alster.
“In addition to its good connections to the public transport network, the location impresses with its proximity to numerous shops and restaurants,” says Julian Laghai, Head of Letting Management Hamburg at HIH Real Estate. “Especially from the upper floors and from the roof terrace, the tenants have a special view of the Alster. We are very pleased that the property has now been fully occupied. In particular, about the fact that we are rounding off the tenant mix with the new tenants.”
