3PM Services GmbH (3PM Services) will take over property management for a real estate portfolio from MANOVA Partners as of October 1, 2025. To digitize and increase efficiency within the framework of the mandate, 3PM Services relies on the solution of the start-up AlphaPrompt, which makes it possible to automatically read out more than 1,000 rental contracts and create a template for digital contract evaluation on this basis. For operational management, 3PM Services will also have its own Use the AI data chat tool specially developed with your partner XELONIC.
The portfolio, which 3PM Services manages, has a total lettable area of more than 110,000 m². It is made up of residential, office and retail properties and is supplemented by areas for gastronomy, medical use and storage.
The properties are spread over 28 locations in Germany, including Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Freiburg, Dresden, Leipzig, Mainz and Wiesbaden.
