The real estate developer and investor AVENTOS has leased around 3,200 square metres to Axactor Germany Gmbh in its Mannheim commercial district VAREAL. The Norwegian-based Axactor Group has been supporting banks, financial institutions and consumers in receivables management since 2015. In the future, the company will use the first and second floors of a comprehensive revitalized building as loft office space. Other areas will also be used for the archive.
“We are pleased with the high demand for our space in VAREAL and welcome Axactor as a new tenant. The specific building is currently undergoing a special transformation – where industrial ceramics processing used to take place, modern and sustainable office and warehouse space will now be created by September 2026,” says Patrick Ibler, Head of Development Southern Germany at AVENTOS.

With the ongoing construction work, the VAREAL is developing into a modern business park with an area of around 40,000 square metres. The historic industrial look of the more than 150-year-old site will be retained, while the highest standards of sustainability, functionality and flexibility will be met.
Thanks to the direct connection to public transport and the Mannheim motorway ring, the VAREAL is an attractive and easily accessible location for companies in the region.
