MB Advisors, an investment and asset management company based in Berlin and Manchester, has acquired three residential and commercial buildings in Berlin on behalf of the BlueRock Group, Zurich. The properties are located in the districts of Wedding, Mitte and Schöneberg. The sellers were private investors.

The properties are a residential building in Berlin-Wedding from 1900 with 27 residential units. In addition, there are three commercial units on the ground floor. The total rental area is around 2,350 square metres. Michael Schick Immobilien supported the purchase as a brokerage company.

In addition, a building built in 1904 with 32 residential units and two commercial rental spaces with a total of around 2,100 square metres was acquired in Berlin-Mitte. Krossa & Co. Immobilien acted as an intermediary.

The residential and commercial building in the Schöneberg district dates from 1903. It has 28 residential units as well as a commercial space. The total rental area of the property comprises around 2,430 square metres. Büttner Immobilien-Management advised on the transaction.
