Savills advises on the sale of an office property in Leverkusen

Savills has successfully advised on the sale of an office property at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 4 in Leverkusen. The approximately 2,200 m² property was acquired by a private investor, who will use the premises himself in the future. In the future, a focus on medical purposes is planned. The property is part of a portfolio of 47 AOK properties that FOM Real Estate acquired in 2021 together with Volksbank BRAWO. The building dates back to the 1960s and was last extensively modernized in 2009. In the course of the measures, the property was given a contemporary façade design with wooden elements, among other things. Most recently, the property was used by AOK Rheinland/ Hamburg. The purchase price was not disclosed. Savills acted as an advisor and broker for the seller throughout the transaction process.
