Change of management at HASPA Projektentwicklungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (HASPA PeB): Harald Hempen left the management at the end of February 2026 and will devote himself to new challenges within the real estate industry. He has accompanied the company since its founding in 2017 and has played a key role in shaping the successful market launch and the implementation of numerous key projects.
The sole management is now in the hands of Henning Möller. Möller, who was already appointed to the management board in June 2025, thus bundles the strategic and operational management of the company. With his many years of expertise – including management positions at HypoVereinsbank and Hamburger Sparkasse – he will consistently continue HASPA PeB’s growth course. The company remains active in the market environment as a specialized mezzanine investor and investment partner for demanding real estate projects. The aim is to significantly increase the volume of new business and further expand its position as a reliable partner for project developers.
