Savills is strengthening its Germany-wide Industrial Agency team and is bringing Paolo Kallenbach to the Hamburg office as Director on April 1, 2026. In this role, he will primarily drive the strategic expansion of the business line and the positioning in northern Germany. Kallenbach will report to Sebastian Lindner, Head of Industrial Agency at Savills Germany.

Kallenbach has many years of experience in the real estate industry. After training as a real estate agent at Engel & Völkers, he worked for Adolf Weber Grundbesitz- und Projektgesellschaft in Hamburg, where he gained experience in the rental and further development of commercial, residential and industrial properties. In 2019, he joined JLL, where he most recently worked as an associate and specialized in industrial and logistics real estate in northern Germany.
