The global real estate service provider CBRE advised on the sale of the Schorfheide retail park north of Berlin and provided the seller with comprehensive advice. The buyer is Norkon, who acquired the property for the French SCPI fund Iroko Zen. The seller and the purchase price were not disclosed. The commercial law firm GÖRG was legally active for the buyer, and the law firm Wirfs was on the seller’s side. REVARA GmbH also supported Norkon as a technical acquisition consultant.
The ensemble, which was developed in a total of six construction phases between 1993 and 2021, is fully let to six companies. The anchor tenants include Kaufland, Aldi, Obi and Roller. In addition to around 29,300 square metres of lettable space, the approximately 165,500 square metre site offers additional development potential. The property is located on the B 176, 5–17.
