The global real estate service provider CBRE is further expanding its property management team and strengthening its technical area in a targeted manner: Roberto Nordmann will take over the position of Team Leader Technical Management at the Berlin office on 1 May 2026.
In his new role, Roberto Nordmann will be responsible for ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction in technical property management. A special focus is placed on the further development of technical standards as well as the support of acquisition and further development tasks in the technical environment.
Roberto Nordmann has more than 15 years of experience in technical property management of commercial and residential properties. Most recently, he worked as Head of Real Estate Management at COTECDA GmbH, where he led interdisciplinary teams throughout Germany and was responsible for demanding projects in technical asset and property management.
With this personnel reinforcement, CBRE underlines its claim to continuously develop technical property management services and consistently align them with the requirements of institutional clients. The aim is to ensure sustainable, economical and high-quality solutions over the entire life cycle of the properties.
