JLL advises the user exclusively on the move to the Mediapark
The industrial insurer MSIG Europe SE is relocating its Cologne location to the Mediapark. In the KölnTurm with the address Im Mediapark 8, the company has rented around 3,400 m² of office space. The move from the current headquarters An den Dominikanern 11-27 is planned for winter 2026/2027. The 148-metre-high office tower, which was built in 2001 and has a total of 28,800 m² of rental space, is owned by an international real estate fund based in Luxembourg.
JLL advised MSIG Europe on a tenant representation mandate and brokered the lease.
