Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard, has extended its lease for almost 21,500 m² of office space in Warsaw Spire B. The largest tenant in CA Immo’s Polish portfolio will thus remain in the Warsaw office complex for another three years. Both CA Immo buildings in the Spire complex (Warsaw Spire B and C) are currently 100% let.
Spire B, located in the heart of Warsaw’s modern business centre at Rondo Daszyńskiego, has been fully leased to Frontex for years.
