New owner for the office property at Leisewitzstraße 37 a/b in Hanover:
GETEC Immobilien GmbH, a regional family office, has acquired the multi-tenant property with a total lettable area of around 3,700 m² in Messestadt. The five-storey building, located between the centre and the Stadtgarten, was built in 1984 and has a diversified tenant structure. The main tenants include tax consultants, lawyers and a planning company for infrastructure projects. There are 67 parking spaces in the outdoor area. The seller of the property is MEAG. Savills acted as an advisor and broker for the seller throughout the transaction process. The purchase price was not disclosed.
