New leases and anchor tenant extension strengthen the Marie Curie Campus location

Aroundtown has concluded several new leases at the Marie Curie Campus at Hemmelrather Weg 201 in Leverkusen and, at the same time, secured a long-term lease extension with its anchor tenant. The long-standing main tenant, Biofrontera Bioscience, has extended its lease for approximately 2,000 sqm. In addition, Biofrontera Discovery GmbH has been secured as an independent tenant and signed a long-term lease for approximately 2,000 sqm as well. Previously, the company had been located at the site as a subtenant.

Furthermore, an additional approximately 840 sqm of office, storage, and gastronomy space has been leased to three newly acquired tenants.
