Westbridge Advisory GmbH (Westbridge), one of the leading energy and sustainability consultants for the real estate industry in Europe, has appointed Felix Waldeier as Head of People & Culture as of May 18, 2026. In this newly sharpened role, he is responsible for the further development of human resources work for the entire group of companies.
Felix Waldeier will bundle all HR functions and topics and thus drive forward central fields of action such as scalable recruiting, leadership development and modern performance and compensation models. One focus is on harmonizing processes and strengthening cooperation across countries and entities.
Felix Waldeier was most recently Head of People & Culture at Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt am Main. There he was responsible for human resources for Germany with around 300 employees at four locations and was part of the German management and the European People & Culture leadership team. Prior to that, he worked at AvS Advisors for around ten years, advising international companies and investors on filling management positions and on organisational development issues. He began his career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
