Düsseldorf: Law firm Hoffmann Eitle rents over 820 m² in Pandion’s OFFICEHOME Rise

Hoffmann Eitle leased more than 820 m² of office space in the OFFICEHOME Rise from Pandion through the consultants of BNP Paribas Real Estate. As a result of the exclusive advice provided to the Office Advisory Team of BNP Paribas Real Estate, the patent and law firm will consolidate space from the offices in Immermannstraße and Mönchenwerther Straße at Völklinger Straße 2in order to consolidate space after the connection of the Düsseldorf office of the law firm KSVR. BNP Paribas Real Estate already advised Hoffmann Eitle on the move to the previous Pandion Francis location in Immermannstraße. The firm is represented by eight offices in Europe, three of which are in Germany and headquartered in Munich.
